The following terms and conditions represent the service and sales contract between Ecentryx and all persons engaging in business with Ecentryx. The terms and conditions in this document constitute a binding legal agreement.

GENERAL

1. All rights, copyrights, and electronic documents originated by Ecentryx shall remain under Ecentryx ownership until Ecentryx has received full payment for services rendered.
2. Ecentryx reserves the right to hold your final designs until payment funds have cleared. Upon receipt of payment in full, Ecentryx will forfeit all electronic renderings, including copyright, to the client and publish your site online.
3. Ecentryx requires a half down deposit prior to commencing design services for all clients without exception.
4. If at any time during your project you wish to modify your design order, provisions of sections 1, 2, and 3 will apply to the revised design order.
5. All client provided content specified to create the site must be received by Ecentryx before site work begins.
6. Ecentryx does not guarantee search engine placement, listing, or ranking. Ecentryx is responsible for search engine optimization of your site by embedding optimized search engine specific information in your web site. Search Engine specific information includes, but is not limited to the following html constructs: title, meta:content, meta:keywords, img:alt html comments. Ecentryx can assist you in utilizing third party search engine positioning companies to achieve maximum search engine optimization.
7. Ecentryx accepts the following forms of payment: business check, money order, personal checks, and cashier's checks.
8. Under no circumstances will Ecentryx be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Ecentryx design services. Ecentryx is not legally responsible for any content you provide to create your site.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

1. Before commencing the design, Ecentryx and all parties bound to the design contract must agree on the terms of the design. Written or electronic confirmation must be furnished to Ecentryx.
2. During the design process, Ecentryx rendered graphics will be sent to the client for review and/or approval.
3. In the event that rework or partial re-design of completed work is required to meet your expectations, Ecentryx will do whatever it takes to meet those expectations and make you a satisfied customer.

I have read and understand the foregoing terms and conditions of the contract with Ecentryx.
