Job Description

A persuasive, passionate, and knowledgeable sales executive will be selling web services, maintenance contracts, and other online initiatives to help Ecentryx exceed its revenue and growth objectives.

Must be proficient in penetrating new markets through building customer relationships, providing innovative solutions for business challenges, and developing personal and business networks.

Facilitate weekly meetings with the client and in-house developers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and accurate fashion.

Weekly sales meetings will be held to update Clint on your sales progress and new accounts you may have acquired during the previous week. This will give us a chance to get in sync, discuss our markets, your concerns, and questions about anything and everything of importance.

Sales Tactics

  1. Listen well. Let your customers talk so you can learn their needs and determine how our services can help them.
  2. Learn as much as you can about your prospects' industry. You may come up with ideas to help them that they haven't thought of before.
  3. Make yourself a part of their team. Demonstrate that you are there to help them increase their bottom line.
  4. Emphasize the benefit of our services. Show how you can help customers cut costs, increase profits, or beat the competition.
  5. Follow up. Keep customers coming back by making sure our services work well for them. If not, show concern and fix things cheerfully.

Sales Goals

To secure two new tier one clients per week. Each sales executive should set goals to reach the tier 5 bracket each month.

New Accounts

1 10% 1 - 3,999
2 20% 4k - 8,999
3 30% 9k - 14,999
4 40% 15k - 21,999
5 50% 22k - 29,999
6 60% 30k +

Existing Accounts

When an existing account is serviced, a 10% commission will be paid to the sales executive who owns the account.
